LOUD Fence Strategic planning

for LOUD Fence Inc.

Intiially worked with the LOUD Fence board to facilitate the collaborative development of high-level vision and strategy for the newly incorporated charitable association. Creative facilitation methods ensured that the Board were able to establish a shared vision that all members felt passionate about. We used sociological and historical frameworks to ensure that the strategy would be informed by an understanding of existing systems and structures of power, enabling their continued grassroots activism and community building. We feel privileged to have continued our work with this organisation after supporting the development of their strategy and have recently carried out further facilitation and strategic support.
